

Control your browser with Google Assistant! This extension lets you use Google Assistant to control media playback in your browser. Control services like YouTube, Netflix or Twitch from wherever you want. While youtube is playing your favorite mix in your browser on your computer speakers, you can use google assistant to skip songs, or make the music stop for a while. Watching Netflix on your monitor from your bed? Tell google assistant to skip the intro. Requirements: IFTTT account Pushbullet account Actions available: YouTube.com: Play, Stop, Resume, Pause Next, Next song, Skip, Play next Previous, Previous song, Before, Play previous, Play again, Start over, Again Mute, Unmute Twitch.tv: Play, Stop, Resume, Pause, Mute General: Reload, refresh, reload all, refresh all Instructions: 1) IFTTT Create new applet like so: IF: google assistant with text ingredient, choose your trigger word for example "magic" + $ so "magic $". THEN: Pushbullet -> pushbullet note -> title is: "YoutubeAssistant" without the quotes !!!IMPORTANT!!! 2) from your pushbullet account -> upper right corner -> my account -> get API key 3) copy the API KEY into the extension settings, it will show your name if succesfull. If you are asked to log in, ignore it, you entered wrong key. (note: I [the developer] don't see the key or any of your data). 4) restart browser and test it "Ok google -> magic [stop, play, resume...]"
