Youtube Playback Speed Control

Control YouTube’s playback speed using the keyboard. Press “+” to increase and “-” to decrease the playback speed. Increasing or decreasing the playback speed on Youtube is just a click of the mouse or keyboard button. Get more from Youtube and easily control the speed of the video on YouTube by pressing the speed overlay button in the upper right corner or just the “+” and “-” buttons on the keyboard. The keyboard buttons are customizable, and if you want to use a different key, you can change these default keys on the settings tab. HTML5 video playback on YouTube allows you to speed up and slow down the viewing of current videos. I liked this feature. But still it was too many mouse clicks for me. So, this extension was created to control the playback speed using the keyboard. Press “+” to increase the playback speed and “-” to decrease the playback speed. If the “+” and “-” keys are already being used by another extension or you want to use a different key, you can change these default keys in the settings tab. This extension works even for YouTube HTML5 player embedded in another website. Make sure the player is in focus. A website can embed multiple YouTube players, and keyboard shortcuts will affect what is currently playing. Everything works, no changes are required. Please check the extension options for additional settings.
