

This extension helps to trigger the Windows Notification and popup for an incoming call to contact center agents. The popup can be a web page, chat-box, web-mail to help agents identify the caller and interact with the caller. The pop up appears in a new browser window or a dialog inside the current web page in active tab, it ups to customer's preferences. The popup only displays for the users who signed in to the Primas Web Notifier as a Primas Web user. Users can specify which site domains they want to embed the popup and their Primas CX server URL.
