By changing words such as “Muslims” to “Jews” or “undocumented immigrants” to “unmarked Jews,” the dark ghost of Hitler becomes the present-day political spectacle known as Donald Trump. If Trump thinks it’s fair to demonize the whole religion of Islam or scapegoat entire groups like Hispanics, we think it’s fair to compare his language to the historic figure who rose to power using similarly perverse rhetoric: Adolf Hitler. The Jewish people were subject to indescribable horror as rhetoric turned to action in WWII — history can repeat itself, but will we sit by and let it?
INSTRUCTIONS:
Just hit the + Add To Chrome button, then choose Add Extension. Now, go to a news article about Donald Trump’s presidential campaign…give it about 8 seconds…and watch him become like Hitler before your eyes!
NOTE: Mein Trumpf may not work 100% perfectly in every instance in all articles (especially in articles about ISIS), but it should give you enough of the Nazi comparison to scare the living shit out of you. That’s the point.
