psc插件安装教程/方法：
(1)将扩展迷上下载的安装包文件（.zip）解压为文件夹，其中类型为“crx”的文件就是接下来需要用到的安装文件
(2) 从设置->更多工具->扩展程序 打开扩展程序页面，或者地址栏输入 Chrome://extensions/ 按下回车打开扩展程序页面
(3) 打开扩展程序页面的“开发者模式”
(4) 将crx文件拖拽到扩展程序页面，

enables to change a style of selected page's element
<b>how to use it</b>
to change style of an element:
- right click on a web page's element, which style you would like to change
- in context menu go to 'psc' and select "choose an element...", a box with elements that correspond to the elements of the website appears, those elements can be selected so that their style can be changed, in the middle of the box there is an element, that corresponds to the one that was rightclicked on, it is surrounded by elements that corresponds to the ancestors of that element, as elements of the box are being hovered over, the background and font color of corresponding elements of the web page are being changed
- click on the chosen element in the box or on the web site and style of it will be changed
