(1)将扩展迷上下载的安装包文件（.zip）解压为文件夹，其中类型为“crx”的文件就是接下来需要用到的安装文件
(2) 从设置->更多工具->扩展程序 打开扩展程序页面，或者地址栏输入 Chrome://extensions/ 按下回车打开扩展程序页面
(3) 打开扩展程序页面的“开发者模式”
(4) 将crx文件拖拽到扩展程序页面，

This extension tries to answer this question precisely by:
- counting the no. of pixels you've scrolled down on a webpage and converting them into an actual physical unit of distance (in mi/km)
- logging your scrolling adventures across the web and displaying the metrics in a very big font (in a non-shaming way)
- displaying the list of your top scroll destinations on the web.

Note about the privacy of the extension: your scroll metrics are private to you and only you and cannot be accessed by the author of this extension or any other third-party entity.
Note about the accuracy of the calculation: The actual scroll distance may vary from the calculated distance. Different websites have different implementations for scroll events which makes the exact calculation of the distance very hard and beyond the scope of this extension.
