Do you compile research to prepare for your podcast episodes? Let's say you see a quote by or about an upcoming guest, or info about their background, and you want to capture just that quote (not the full article), but you also want the URL where you found it, and maybe even the page title, so you can paste these in your app of choice. If need to do this over and over for a single guest, let alone on a regular basis for weekly podcasts, it's a nuisance. That's where HelloClips comes in. Here's how it works. After installing the extension, you need to restart Chrome. To start using, you simply highlight the text you want on any page, right-click and select HelloClips OR click the Chrome extension icon, and all three things are copied (highlighted text, URL, page title) automatically, ready for you to paste all together in your research tool with a single click. You can even de-select one of the three items you don't need to paste. That's it. Faster research, encouraging you to do more to prepare your podcast episodes.
