(1)将扩展迷上下载的安装包文件（.zip）解压为文件夹，其中类型为“crx”的文件就是接下来需要用到的安装文件
(2) 从设置->更多工具->扩展程序 打开扩展程序页面，或者地址栏输入 Chrome://extensions/ 按下回车打开扩展程序页面
(3) 打开扩展程序页面的“开发者模式”
(4) 将crx文件拖拽到扩展程序页面，

https://www.extfans.com/installation/An IP address is a pretty simple thing. Looking it up should be pretty simple, too. This straightforward extension looks up your computer's IP address upon request. That's it. Just click or hover over the icon and there's your IP. Simple.
There are other tools out there that do the same thing, but I wanted to make this as easy and speedy as possible, not bloated like other apps.
This extension also provides a real-time lookup of your IP address which is useful for connecting to proxies or private networks when you need to quickly know if your IP address has changed. All you have to do is click the button or just hover, you don't even have to type anything!
