Transcriber插件安装教程/方法：
(1)将扩展迷上下载的安装包文件（.zip）解压为文件夹，其中类型为“crx”的文件就是接下来需要用到的安装文件
(2) 从设置->更多工具->扩展程序 打开扩展程序页面，或者地址栏输入 Chrome://extensions/ 按下回车打开扩展程序页面
(3) 打开扩展程序页面的“开发者模式”
(4) 将crx文件拖拽到扩展程序页面，

This extension allows to replace english words on a page with its phonetic transcription( so "the quick brown fox jumps over a lazy dog" becomes "ðə kwɪk braʊn fɑks dʒəmps óʊvɜr ə léɪzi dɔg" ). Just open any webpage and click the extension icon on a browser toolbar to convert text of a webpage(you can always click again to return the original text back).
This extension uses standard IPA(International Phonetic Alphabet) to transcribe words. You can read more about IPA and its letters at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Phonetic_Alphabet
For the native english language speakers this extension may be useful as a way to look at a reformed english language spelling. You can read more about a history of english spelling reforms by following a link http://unih.net/transcriber/
