DeepL is a next generation machine translation service that is gaining attention for its extremely high accuracy. This extension is built by using the official DeepL API. The basic functionality of this extension is free to use. For those who translate a lot of text, a paid subscription plan is available. If you have any questions, you can always ask our support account at https://twitter.com/deeptranslator . ---------------- This extension follows the rules in https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy and the below rules. - Single Purpose This extension has a single purpose: "Translate the text selected by the user". This extension doesn't insert any ads into the web page. - Use of Permissions This extension requires two permissions: "identity and host permission". This extension makes use of the identity API to identify users who have purchased paid subscriptions. This extension makes use of host permissions to retrieve the selected text on a web page. This extension doesn't load remote code like JavaScript or Wasm files. - Personal or Sensitive User Data This extension doesn't handle personal or sensitive user data (including personally identifiable information, financial and payment information, health information, authentication information, form data, web browsing activity, user-provided content and personal communications). This extension handles website content and resources for the above single purpose. This extension doesn't transfer, use or sell user data to third parties.
