Despite it doesn't fit well to the description, here are actions we use it for. - Open a new window with exam - Show Examus panel on a page with exam - Also, for easier user experience in OpenEdX exams. Extension opens OpenEdX page with examcode, automatically extracts it, and sends to Examus. So that you don't need to even think about it! :) 2. Site access: read and change all your data on websites you visit. We would be happy requesting permission only for specific pages, but an exam can be taken on any website. We use this permission to open webpage with exam, and to show Exam Panel there. We never read nor modify content on pages you visit outside of exam you take with Examus extension. 3. Display notifications. - Show messages from proctor - Show automatically detected violations 4. Communicate with cooperating websites. - We use this ability to automatically close the tab with Examus website after you logged in successfully 5.
