Fuze Connect enables you to connect the Fuze voice platform to your organization’s existing line of business applications, such as CRM for your sales team and service desk applications for your customer support team. With a simple API integration, contact details, activity records, and opportunity notes from your CRM or service desk application will be displayed on the screen when customers and prospective customers are calling - and when the call has concluded, Fuze Connect enables effective tracking of customer-related activities and saves the activity updates directly into the integrated application.
