The WellRyde Billing Reconciler is the best way to make sure all trips are batched correctly in the LogistiCare TP portal. Simply click on the WellRyde icon from the Process ATMS Batches screen and sign in with your WellRyde credentials. After you are logged in, scan an open batch and the reconciler will tell you if any trips are missing and will allow you to send them over again. The plugin will also mark failed trips as ‘Denied' in WellRyde to keep better track of what you haven’t been paid for as well as update Billed trips in LogistiCare with the LogistiCare Batch ID.
