Install the bluecap™ Meeting Assistant Chrome extension. 2. Start an instant Google Meet meeting by visiting https://meet.google.com/ 3. Once in the meeting, you will notice a new bluecap™ icon at the bottom right corner beside the Google Meet i (information) button. 4. Click on the button, you will be prompted to authorize the extension with your Google Workspace Account. This is only required once for the first time. Once authorized, please quit the meeting. 5. Depending on your meeting joining preferences, bluecap will or will not join your next scheduled meeting automatically. This extension enables one click actions to conveniently interact with bluecap from your Google Meet meeting interface, from inviting it into meetings to asking it to leave and more. Zoom Integration and bluecap™ Meeting Assistant Integration: 1. Integrate with Zoom. Skip this step if you have already done this.
