EO.workspace (Enterprise Open Workspace) Permission Manager is a browser extension which allows users to grant JavaScript applications, on a per-page basis, access to:
1) the local clipboard: This access is given through the standard `document.execCommand()` function, but such access will not require a corresponding user event like a click or keypress if explicit permission is granted using this extension.
2) local smartcards: This access is given through the Google Smartcard Connector Chrome app and through message passing (https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/messaging).
