Tabee插件安装教程/方法:

(1)将扩展迷上下载的安装包文件(.zip)解压为文件夹,其中类型为“crx”的文件就是接下来需要用到的安装文件

(2) 从设置->更多工具->扩展程序 打开扩展程序页面,或者地址栏输入 Chrome://extensions/ 按下回车打开扩展程序页面

(3) 打开扩展程序页面的“开发者模式”

(4) 将crx文件拖拽到扩展程序页面,

This simple extension reminds you to focus on your breathing every time you open a new tab. Simply breathe in and out in time with the dot when you feel stressed or overwhelmed during the day. Just like a micro meditation. There is no music or distractions - only a minimalist animation that sets the breathing pace for you to follow. Do it as much or as little as you like, for any duration. Even one minute of slow breathing will improve your day, keep you focused, and reduce anxiety. Learning this simple habit can change your life. Tabee will regularly remind you to do a short breathing exercise that will help you to: Let go of stress, Stay calm, Meditate, Recharge, Continue your day with newfound energy. Remember - you are in control, so take a moment to breathe and reflect. Whether you are working or casually browsing the internet, don’t lose track of how you are feeling. Energize yourself! Get rid of fatigue and sleep inertia in the mornings. Manage stress! Proven to reduce blood pressure during work & study. Have a good time! Improve your mood and stay mindful when having fun. Unwind before sleep! Help alleviate insomnia and regulate your brain activity in the evenings. The exercise we use is based on resonance frequency breathing (taking approximately 6 breaths/min). When we breathe slowly and deeply, our heart rate patterns (Heart Rate Variability or HRV) can synchronise with our breathing to bring on a feeling of calmness. Just a few deep breaths can help clear your mind and prepare you for the next task at hand. We don’t expect you to complete the breathing exercise every time you open a new tab. Instead, Tabee is a subtle reminder to be mindful as you go about your browsing. Breathing exercises have been practised throughout human history for anxiety relief, anger management, mood stabilisation and meditation (Pranayama). It is a beginner friendly method to get actively involved in your health and fitness. Tabee doesn’t collect any personal data and works even if you’re offline.
