Dr. Nihalani’s vision is an evidence-based clinical decision support system that can read specific data about patients in the EHR and can provide relevant clinical recommendations about their unique conditions. Inferscience provides the only HCC coding software designed to provide real-time HCC coding guidance to providers and coders within EHR (HCC Assistant) in their workflow.

The HCC assistant parses the patient chart and displays all possible HCC-related diagnoses to the provider or encoder in real time so that the HCC opportunity will not be missed when recording the patient's visit. The real-time risk adjustment factor (RAF) score within the platform indicates how the selected code will affect the patient’s RAF score, thereby predicting future funds and expenditures.
