(1)将扩展迷上下载的安装包文件（.zip）解压为文件夹，其中类型为“crx”的文件就是接下来需要用到的安装文件
(2) 从设置->更多工具->扩展程序 打开扩展程序页面，或者地址栏输入 Chrome://extensions/ 按下回车打开扩展程序页面
(3) 打开扩展程序页面的“开发者模式”
(4) 将crx文件拖拽到扩展程序页面，

This fun extension is configurable with time (5 mins, 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 minutes), sound alerts and speech alerts. The alerts can be set at the beginning, at 5 minutes before ending, and at the ending.
* Privacy/Permission: The browser history right is needed because of the "Tabs" permission which is needed to open new tabs by the extension's help/options page. No browsing information is saved locally or transmitted to remote locations.
Background: I created this a year+ ago for my own use after learning about the harmful effects of sitting for prolonged periods. Now (2017 June) publishing it on the Chrome Store as part of my portfolio. This is my highly configurable, fun and useful (hopefully) take on the traditional countdown timer. Enjoy!
