Other bots and extensions just click the “copy listing” button for you to relist, which will not reset the “Just In” date that Poshmark hard codes into each new listing. Why these Features Matter: Sharing (Free Feature): Buyers’ search results are sorted by “just shared” on Poshmark, so serious sellers know that frequent and consistent closet sharing is key to competing with other sellers for likes and sales. Relisting & Price Adjusting (ProLite Features): 1. “Just In” inclusion: many of Poshmark’s buyers sort their searches exclusively by “just in” to find the freshest-listed items. “Copy listing”-created listings aren’t recognized by Poshmark as “just in”—but “HARD” listings via our relisting tool are. 2. Soft relisting: Poshmark remembers items’ pricing history and requires a discount of at least 10% off the lowest historical item price to trigger deal alerts. Soft relisting allows you to send competitive offers to likers when you’ve raised prices. How it works: 1. Download and install the extension. Once installed, click the puzzle piece icon at the top of your browser to find and “pin” ClosetWitch’s purple witch hat icon by clicking the gray thumbtack icon. Note: The icon will turn blue when successfully pinned, and you’ll also see the purple witch hat appear at the top of your browser window. 2. Navigate to your Poshmark closet in your browser (make sure you’re in “My Closet”) 3. Click the ClosetWitch Extension — purple witch hat — to open the extension 4. Take an action: -To Share: select the sharing feature (circular arrows icon), select “Magic” or “Mortal” speed (we’ll remember your preference for next time), then hit “Start Sharing.” -To Relist: select the Relisting feature (two boxes icon), choose the type of reslisting you want to do, select the items you want to relist, adjust individual prices if desired, then hit “Relist Items.” -To Send Offers: select the Offers feature (percent sign), adjust default discount/shipping deal if desired, deselect/select items you want to send offers for, adjust individual discounts/shipping deals if desired, then hit “send offers.” 4. Leave the window open and visible as your action processes. 5. Remember to send likers offers, relist old inventory, and engage buyers to keep your closet booming and make the most of your new traffic. Please use the extension wisely to avoid temporary freezing of your account by Poshmark. Relisting is currently limited to 30 relistings per hour to help users avoid issues. • Is this a Bot? ClosetWitch is a suite of poshmark automation tools that share, relist, and send offers exactly as you would — by opening your listings one by one and clicking the necessary buttons. This extension does not automatically perform any actions in your closet without you initiating them, nor does it make decisions for you. Think of it quite literally like casting a spell on your closet to do your bidding. • How do I use this extension? Download the extension, pin to your browser, then open and run while your closet is open in Poshmark. For sharing, there’s nothing to sign up for, no payment information to enter, and no need to share any login details. Just don’t close or completely cover the window while sharing, or sharing will pause. For additional tools, create an account through the extension as prompted and select the “ProLite” plan. • Can I multitask while using ClosetWitch? Yes! As long as the window this extension is operating in is at least partially visible, you can continue to work in your browser, including working in your Poshmark closet. • What happens if I stop in the middle of sharing or relisting my closet? Please allow sharing to finish sharing completely before navigating away or closing the window. If sharing is interrupted this way, your closet’s current listing order may be changed. If you lose connection during sharing, however, ClosetWitch will save your place for when you’re back up and running.
