FeetPort for Field Force Management

FeetPort is a workforce management app available for Android. FeetPort uses your phone’s Internet connection to send and receive tasks from the your office. The office can allot tasks to you from the Manager console available at www.feetport.com. There is no need for you to visit the office time and again for information consolidation. Everything that you fill up and send to the office gets synced on the FeetPort cloud. Life becomes easy with FeetPort on your side. Prioritizing one task, locks up the other tasks so that you can get sh*t done! • The complete tracking history is available to you for a year, so you can go back in time and recheck anything ➤ ROBUST & USER FRIENDLY • FeetPort has an offline mode too! So when you are at a remote location, you can complete your work and sync with the cloud once you're back in the network range • To start working on a task, all you need to do press Start. • To finish a task, all you need to do is press Finish. In case, you are unable to Finish a task, you have the option to put it on Hold, or Pause it and lastly Discard it. • You can directly a client / customer's phone number instead of opening the Dialer app • You can navigate directly from within FeetPort without memorising the address for Google Maps or any other navigation app you like to use • A Barcode Scanner has also been integrated into the app, so you can scan on the go and store what is important for you and your organisation • The Mobile user has the ability to go back to the tasks he / she has finished for an kind of referencing ➤ TEAM MANAGEMENT • With FeetPort, you can send messages and alerts to groups, teams or individuals based on the activity. All these messages are recorded and kept your future referencing • FeetPort will become your professional megaphone in the times to come! • For workforce tracking, if the GPS signal is not available, you have the option to switch to cell tower tracking.
