There are two you can choose from : Anytime Delivery Pass entitles you to any one free delivery per day, 7 days per week when you spend £40 or more. This pass costs £60 for 12 months, £35 for 6 months or £20 for 3 months. Midweek Delivery Pass entitles you to any one free delivery per day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays when you spend £40 or more. Any deliveries outside of these times will be charged at the delivery rate as advertised on our website. This pass costs £30 for a 12 months, £18 for a 6 months or £10 for 3 months. Please note, your Delivery Pass can only be used for Sainsbury’s Online Groceries, and not any Non-Food orders. What is a delivery pass? By purchasing a Sainsbury's Delivery Pass you pay an upfront fee and then, subject to your chosen Delivery Pass, could pay no further delivery charge on your grocery orders over £40 for the next 3, 6 or 12 months. What do I do if I have a Delivery Pass voucher code that isn't working You may have received a Delivery Pass voucher code or see a voucher code on the site and clicked to apply it. The voucher code only applies to the type of Delivery Pass that has been offered to you (for example if you have been offered money off a 12 Anytime Pass it will not work on a 6 month Midweek Pass). If you saw an offer on the site for money off and now it has disappeared, try refreshing the Delivery Pass Homepage. If this doesn't work try clicking the 'Buy' button for another type of Pass and then go back to the homepage, this will reset your basket. You can order as often as you like but you can only receive one Delivery Pass delivery per day. Any further orders placed for delivery on the same day will be charged at the specified delivery rate as advertised on our website. Please see below for our fair use policy for further information. Our online delivery service is not available between 24th-26th December or on 1st January. Can I choose any delivery slot? The Anytime Delivery Pass entitles you to choose any available time slot that you like 7 days per week. The Midweek Delivery Pass entitles you to choose any available time slot that you like on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays (any deliveries outside of these times will be charged at the specified delivery rate as advertised on our website). Is there a minimum spend? The minimum spend is £40 per order. You can place an order for less but you will be charged the delivery fee for the slot you selected on the booking page. Will my Delivery Pass membership renew automatically? Your Delivery Pass membership will be automatically renewed on a rolling basis, for example if you have chosen a 3 month pass it will auto-renew after 3 months; a 12 month pass will auto-renew after 12 months. We will send you a renewal reminder email 28 days before your renewal payment is taken. You may cancel the renewal at any time before the renewal date through your My Account section on the Sainsbury's Grocery Website (click on the My Passes link) by calling our Customer Care Team on 0800 328 1700. How quickly can I start using my Delivery Pass? Delivery Pass will be registered on your account instantly so you can use it straightaway. If you already have an order placed for Sainsbury's Grocery you will have to check out the order again in order to activate the free delivery. Can I use my Delivery Pass on other Sainsbury's sites? Delivery Pass can only be used for Sainsbury's Online Groceries Home Delivery and Click & Collect. Can I use my Delivery Pass to deliver to multiple addresses? Delivery Pass should only be used by the Sainsbury's Online Grocery account holder. Whilst we understand that from time to time you may want to deliver to an address other than your usual home delivery address (such as a holiday home address) we reserve the right to ask for proof that you are associated with all delivery addresses. Can I change my delivery pass type? We're sorry but once you have purchased a Delivery Pass you cannot change the Delivery Pass type until it is up for auto-renew. At that time you can then switch to a different Delivery Pass type. How do I cancel my Delivery Pass? You have the right to change your mind and cancel your Delivery Pass membership within 14 days. If you do decide to cancel, and you haven't used your Delivery Pass, you should call us on 0800 328 1700 within 14 days, and we will issue you with a full refund. You can still cancel within 14 days even if you've used your Delivery Pass but we'll deduct the cost of delivery slots used from any refund due.
