If badge is RED - you have new DEALS.
If badge is BLUE - you have deals, but you've already seen them.
Permissions: "tabs" - required to check if "PointDrop - My account" page is already opened in one of the tabs and, if yes, make this tab active... otherwise open new tab.
This extension does not check your web history!
