How it works:
When you start working on a project, hit start timer. Once you are done, hit stop timer, it will stop counter and copy time into hours of work and billable hours. If you hit stop timer and don't submit your work before closing app, it will be lost, so watch on that.
From dev side, its saving date object inside chrome storage and once you open extension, it calculates time differences in minutes and hours. Its not doing anything in background, so it wont affect chrome speed or such. Thats why there is no seconds, but can be added.
