Phota.me Image and Screenshot Uploader

Upload images and screenshots to the free Phota.me image hosting service. The Phota.me Chrome Extension is a simple extension that'll allow you to upload an image to Phota.me. When you click the extension icon it takes a screen capture of your browser window. This screen capture will automatically be uploaded and hosted on Phota.me. If you right click on an image or link to an image, select Phota.me and select upload to Phota.Me to upload/rehost the image at http://phota.me. You can also right click anywhere in your browser window, highlight Phota.Me and select which file type (.PNG/.JPG) you want your screen capture uploaded as and upload it to Phota.me Change Log: v1.1 Added notifications during uploads. Now you know that the upload is running in the background. Fixed an issues with the "Upload to Phota" option that prevented Phota from fetching URLs directly. v1.0 Rewrote portions of the extension to comply with Google's manifest 2 extension api changes. Changed the "Upload to Phota" right-click menu to first attempt to fetch the image from Phota. If that fails the image is uploaded from the browser. Changes the screenshot upload method to transfer the screenshot as a file. This will improve the reliability of screenshot uploads. v0.3 Changed upload to Phota from a GET to a POST operation to help those behind content filters. v0.2 Disabled the "button" when uploading to prevent double posts. Changed the default screenshot from PNG to JPG to reduce file size.
